4 cups (loosely packed) snow peas
1 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
crushed red pepper flakes to taste
Black pepper to taste
1. Trim snow peas and slice lengthwise into very thin pieces.
2. Melt oil and butter together over medium-high heat in a skillet.
3. Once butter is melted, add the snow peas to the pan, toss quickly to distribute the butter/oil mixture, and stir fry for a little over a minute.
4. Add salt, pepper, and hot pepper. Toss mixture again and cook for an additional minute. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
