1 grapefruit, halved
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Pinch ground cloves
1 tsp honey
1. Preheat oven broiler. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
2. Arrange the grapefruit halves face up on the prepared baking sheet.
3. In a small bowl, combine sugar, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves and stir until combined. 4. Sprinkle evenly over the tops of the grapefruit, and drizzle the honey over top.
5. Place the baking sheet into the oven and broil until the sugar melts and tops are slightly browned, about 4-6 minutes. Serve while warm.
