9-12 brussel sprouts, rinsed, outer leaves removed, ends cut
olive oil for tossing
balsamic vinegar for tossing
1 clove garlic, minced
salt & pepper to taste
1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. In a large bowl, toss the sprouts in olive oil, garlic, and balsamic vinegar. Let sit for about 5 - 10 minutes.
3. On a lightly oiled or parchment lined baking sheet, place the sproutes cut side down.
4. Bake for about 20 minutes. Turn the sprouts cut side up over and bake for another 10 minutes until lightly browned.
