This month's recipe was given to us from Natural Chef, Melissa, at
www.vibrantchef.blogspot.com. Such a simple recipe, and contains no flour or refined sugars.
1 can rinsed black beans
6 medjool dates, pitted (or more, to desired sweetness)
4 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla
pinch of sea salt
1. Mix all in food processor.
2. Pour into a greased cake pan and bake at 350F for 30 minutes or in a muffin tin for 25 minutes.
