- 1 small to medium carrot, peeled
- 2 medium size apples, peeled and cored
- 1 medium size peach, peeled and stone removed
- 5 tbsp of fat free yogurt
- 5 tbsp of milk
- Chop the carrot, apples and peaches into bite size pieces and place them into a blender.
- Pour the yogurt and the milk and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
